What you’ll do
As part of the Tidy Up Berlin team, you’ll take care of high-quality cleanings for holiday apartments, residential buildings, offices, and shared spaces. Your work helps guests feel welcome, residents feel comfortable, and clients feel confident.
- Cleaning holiday apartments and Airbnb properties (turnovers)
- Cleaning common areas in residential buildings
- Office and commercial cleaning
- Preparing spaces to be guest-ready and presentable
- Reporting any damages or issues you notice
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in professional cleaning
- A reliable, detail-oriented working style
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Friendly attitude and respect for clients’ spaces
- Basic English or German (both are a plus)

What you’ll do
You’ll support property owners, building managers, and businesses by keeping spaces functional, safe, and well-maintained. From small repairs to regular building care, you’ll be a key part of our multiservice team.
- General maintenance and handyman tasks
- Small repairs (fixtures, furniture, doors, lights, etc.)
- Painting and touch-up work
- Supporting building maintenance and inspections
- Identifying issues early and reporting them clearly
- Coordinating with specialists when needed
What we’re looking for
- Experience in maintenance, handyman work, or building care
- Practical problem-solving skills
- Reliable, structured, and independent working style
- Professional attitude when dealing with clients and tenants
- Basic English or German (both are a plus)
